Is It Serious To Spot Dark Red Blood After Urination?

I fell down the stairs almost three monts ago. Pain is worse now in my lower abdominal. I just now noticed I'm spotting dark red blood after I went pee. Could this be serious? I already have Ostetius Pubis & being treated for that. Their is no cure for that, & the pain meds not really helping the pain.
