Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the allergy, infection, or may be the deep vein thrombosis.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, mefanamic acid, paracetamol, and serratia peptidase.
If neglected you may need to get incised and drained.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
