Is It To Be Concerned About A Child Fall Hitting The Neck?

My son was playing at my neighbors house and fell off the trampoline onto his neck. I didn t see it, he was playing with his sister. He is 4. He said he fell on his neck and it hurt like his neck was broke. He is walking and moving and watching tv like he s fine. Should I still be concerned? What should I do now?

Hi dear
Welc9ome to the HCM.
Child is walking, playing and watching TV . It all indicated that nothing serious has happend to the child and he is alright.
One should watch the child for about 24 hours for vomiting,abnormal activity oy drowsiness etc. If nothing happens then there is a green signal.
Some pain killers may be required.
