Is It To Be Concerned About The Bubbles In The Stool?

I am 19, 145 lbs and 5'6". I have been having some bubbles in my stool, and tiny white things surfacing that are a few mms in length, more like blobs than a worm from what I can tell. I have had problems with yeast over the years too. I am a long term vegetarian.
