Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Whenever a minor operative procedure is performed on the uterus, rest is advised for a week including abstinence. This means adequate bed rest and avoidance of any strain including lifting weights. As the muscle laxity is exacerbated during pregnancy, you may have pulled a muscle in the low back. You may use an analgesic with a muscle relaxant, rest and observe. If there is no relief, please inform your consultant for further management. Hope this helps.
