Is It To Be Concerned About The Spot On The Penis?

I have a shiny, dime size red spot on my penis that has been there for 3 months, no pain, no irritation just every 3 days or so the skin becomes flaky, flakes off and new shiny red skin is there. oh and when I put yogurt on it, it seems to help. What is this and what can i do

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:-Such lesion could be due to fungal infection, or may be nonspecific this can be treated with antifungal cream.
Medication:- Miconazole cream.
Advise:- Keep the lesion underlying observation.
Comments:- Vitiligo need to be ruled out.
