Is It True That Anti-toxin Treatment Is Ideal For Permanent Cure From Keloids?

Hi Doctor is it true that Keloids is as a result of accumulation of Toxins in some parts of the body i.e where the Keloids occure. More to that is that for proper treatment you require anti toxin treatment after receiving Keloid treatment to permanently clear it. I am considering injection for my 20 year Keloid, its about 2 inch x 1 inch in size. please advice Doctor.
