Is It Unlikely That I Have Heart Failure, And Could Anxiety Be Causing My Symptoms?

Hi, I was in the emergency room yesterday for chest pain. And I spoke with my doctor and they felt it was esophagus related or anxiety. I also took chest X-rays, Blood tests, and an EKG all of which were fine. Currently I am worrying that I have heart failure thanks to a google search, but with all those tests being good, that is unlikely right? Is it really just my anxiety getting to me?
