Is It Unsafe To Have 3 C Sections?

Hi I m a type 2 diabetic pregnant with my 3 child had a ultrasound today and was told I will be have a other section. This would be my second one because they told me the baby is 8 pds 8 oz. At 36 wks.Wanted to have one more child after this one in two or 3 years. My Dr said he would recommend it would not be safe for me or the baby and they don t recommend more then 3 section. is this true and is it safe to have a section and your tubes tired at the same time

Yes this is true, its not safe to undergo more than 3 sections, because after every c-section adhesions increases, which increase risk of injury to bladder and bowel in next surgery. yes it is safe and good to have ligation i.e tube tying at same time.
