Is Itchy Anus A Sign Of HIV?

I am having itching often in anus particulary in evening time and also some time. I read article it is symptoms also for HIV, i am littly scared. I had a sex with call girls by using condam bu they lick my anus. Beacuse of licking anus i am little scar will please teld do i have any problem

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Itching in anus is not a specific symptom of HIV infection.It might be related to other conditions such as hemorrhoids,skin irritation in this area (intertrigo),skin infection.
The chance of getting HIV infection from being exposed to saliva is very low and in the situation you described it is unlikely to contract HIV.

You need to keep the itching area clean,wash it with warm water and soap,use cotton underwear,you can use topical antihistaminic cream.If these measures doesn't work you should consult a physician because physical examination is very important in your case to determine the cause of this itching and get the right treatment.

Considering the fact that you have had intercourse with sex workers I suggest to get tested for HIV but this just to be sure so you can take this possibility out of your mind and to be in peace because the risk of HIV transmission from protected intercourse is extremely low.
