It is vital to know the cause of your hair fall which can be multi factorial: diet/ hereditary/ dandruff/ scalp issues/ lifestyle/ stress/ faulty hair products etc to name a few. You need something more intense than an anti-bald shampoo. Work on your nutrition and have foods such as eggs, green leafy vegs, lentils, nuts etc Start a multivitamin with biotin in it. Also consider doing PRP - platelet rejuvenation plasma therapy where your own plasma from your blood is injected into your scalp which further helps in strengthening hair and regrowth of hair. Along with that start minoxidil topical solution 5-10% once a day over your scalp area for a min of 6-7 months for optimum results.
