Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Lactare and lactonic granules are what we prescribe to mothers with inadequate breast milk production.

What you also need to know is that the milk produced by you is synthezised from your own blood. So, since the milk is rich in carbohydrates, fats and also has some protein; therefore you have to have this in adequate amounts in your diet.

On an average, a lactating mother requires 500 kcal in addition to her normal diet.

So, having a diet rich in carbohydrates and fats will help your body synthesize more amounts of milk and your baby will be fed well. Also remember to consume atleast 2.5 liters of fluids everyday (8 glasses of water).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arun A
