At your height , an ideal weight would be around 50-55 Kgs.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
Some of the adverse effects of Leptos are -
Dry mouth,
drowsiness,
dizziness, rhinitis,
depression, emotional lability, migraine, skin rash,
mydriasis, insomnia,
constipation, diarrhoea, peripheral oedema, menstrual disorders.
