Is Lethargy Common During First Menstruation?
My 13 daughter started her first menstrual period 31 days ago. She is very small , weighing 90 lbs. She is still bleeding fairly heavy thru a pad and her pants. She has had a few days off only. She is not having any symptoms of anemia. Her hemoglobin last week was 11.4. The Dr. said not to worry unless she becomes lethargic or a rapid pulse. When should I be concerned?
