Is Leukemia Related With Abnormal WBC And Lymphocytes?
For the past 3 to 3 1/2 years, I have had abnormal blood tests. My red blood cell count is normal however both my white cell count is abnormal as well as my lymphocytes. My lymphocytes are very high at 60%. I m very scared that this may be leukemia. Do I have anything to worry about?

Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. There are many causes for high lymphocytes count and high WBC count other then leukemia. even simple viral infection can leads to high lymphocytes count. So no need to worry about leukemia. you should go for peripheral smear examination. It will give you exact diagnosis. If needed go for flow cytometry test to confirm. then you should take treatment accordingly.
