Is Light Bleeding During A Pregnancy Normal?

I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and have had some light bleeding on and off throughout my pregnancy, i had an ultrasound at 9 weeks and 1 day and a strong heartbeat was detected at180bps, i had some light bleeding last night which has now stopped , have not had any cramping, should i be concerned about this on and off spotting?

Hi,

Light bleeding is NOT normal during pregnancy.

It might be a sign of impending or threatened miscarriage.

I will advise you to get a sonography done and take micronised progesterone for your pregnancy.
