Is Little Bit Of Memory Loss Possible After Getting Electrocuted?

On Saturday night, while Carl was changing a lightbulb he got eletrocuted. After playing it off that it was fine, 10 minutes later he fell to the ground and convulsted. It was like a seizure. All day Sunday he was very tired and had a headache. He assured me he felt fine on Monday and went off to work. I am starting to notice a little bit of a change. It seems like he has a little bit of memory loss. Is this to be expected? and if so, does it get better?? It seems like he is a little slower than normal
