Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Albendazole is common de-worming drug. Mild diarrhea and abdominal pain are uncommon side effects of these agents. Diarrhea is usually self-lilmitimg and ORS (Oral Rehydration Solutions) is indicated for fluid & electrolyte loss as needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
