Is Loose Motion With Black Specs Of A 3 Year Old A Cause For Concern?

my 3 year old daughter pooped her pants two times today, she has never done this since being potty trained for over a year. The last one, I happened to be at home for and it was loose with a ton of tiny black specs like pepper almost. Is this something to be concerned over?

As per ur query i thnk it cn be due to worm infestation. you cn gv a deworming syp like albendazole.if loose motion persist then a syp of oflaxacin plus ornidazole can be given
