Hi welcome to HCM... Here abdominal cramps and diarrhea could be from gastroenteritis like infection.... Stool examination done for parasites detection.... If egg of ameba present than metronidazole given for that .. If other parasites egg or trophozoites present than albendazole given .... If needed stool culture can be done to choose antibiotic... Meanwhile maintain hydration...and avoid excess spicy foods ... Non veg foods and heavy meal avoided ... As you are having protected sex and no delayed period present so chance of pregnacy not there ... If your period was delayed than pregnancy can be thought and investigated with uribe card test ...
