Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My blood pressure seems low to me. I have been checking it morning and night for a week. This morning it is 93/57. Should I be concerned? I am 49 yrs old (5:2 feet and weight 163 pds) and I work out strenuously 4-6 times a week. I believe I am very healthy and quite strong for my age group. I have no pre existing conditions and actually donated a kidney one year ago.
Based on BP it is difficult to tell about condition of your heart, but if your BP is low and you feel dizzy than please get your ECG and ECHO done. After these basic cardiac test a dr can tell about your heart.
