I had a normal period on jan 22 and then some very mild bleeding on feb 5 just for about 18 hours and was nothing at all like a period. Now based on jan 22 period I am about 4 days late and home tests all have been negative. Could I be pregnant or did my period change itself?

Hello..if your urine pregnancy test at home is negative you can rest assured that you are not pregnant..as this test is sensitive enough to catch a pregnancy.. Your mild bleeding on feb 5 might be ovulation bleeding..but as you are now overdue with negative pregnancy test, you need a hormonal evaluation for thyroid and prolactin ( serum tsh and serum prolactin).
