Is Lower Abdomen And Back Ache A Symbol Of Pregnancy?

Hi Im taking Neodipar( metphormine) 500gms twice a day. Took clomid 100 mg from my day 3-7. I had intercourse on day 10 and today again on day 13. I have no idea if I have ovulated or will ovulate now. But Im feeling v tired n i can feel slight discomfort in my lower abdomen plus lower back ache. Slight headache as well. Can i be pregnant already?

I understand your concern.. It is too early to detect pregnancy.. By day 30 if your periods are regular get a pregnancy test.. To know the time of ovulation you can get a follicular study along with clomiphene on day 11 and 13 so that time of ovulation can be detected and timed intercourse.. Low abdominal pain and low back pain can be due to ovulation . If you are very anxious get hcg by day 22, if value>25 indicate positive pregnancy. Hope i have answered your queries.. good day..
