Is Lower Back Pain And Blood In Stool Due To SLE Lupus Flare-up?

Hi I have been dizzy for a few days now I have hearing loss with it at times. Today I also have lower back pain right above my left buttock and what looks like blood in my stool. I have SLE lupus and wonder if this is simply a flare or something that needs attention in an ER?

Hi
Back pain is very non specific, but blood in stool may be a part of SLE, although not very common.
I think you need attention in an ER
