Hi welcome to HCM. Chest massage can be done in a patient with in situ stent. But the massage has to be gentle and for short duration. Its always advisable to get cardiology clearance for any such maneuvers. The clearance can be obtained through Normal test results of baseline EKG and screening 2 dimensional echo.Periodic stent evaluation is needed if any such procedures needed on long term basis.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you.
