Hi, i am looking for Doctor in bangalore for consultation regarding male genital related problems. can u help me out ? i masturbate once in every week. sometimes twice or thrice continuously in a week. is this a bad way?? does it cause any hormone imbalance or on my body growth. i have a pimple on my testicles. does it say something bad? my foreskin doesnot contract exposing the inner glans. is it a serious issue?
1) Masturbation is not harmful to health. It does not cause any hormonal imbalance or affect your growth or lead to any other bad effects on the body.
2) Regarding the "pimple" on your testicle, it could possibly be a sebaceous cyst. You need to see a doctor for a physical examination to confirm this. If it is infected or painful, then you need to take treatment for that.
3) Inability to retract the foreskin fully could be due to conditions such as phimosis or preputial adhesions. Again, you need a physical examination to see how severe this problem is and whether you need any intervention. So, I would suggest that you consult a Urologist in your place for a detailed evaluation and further treatment, if necessary.
Best wishes,
Dr. Jonas Sundarakumar
