Is Medication Advised To Control BP With History Of Gastritis?

Hi,

I am thomas aged about 45 yrs and having gastric problem. My BP is up and down & the range of between 120 to 160. I am not taking any medicine for BP till now, but the Doctor advised me to take medicine for BP. What I can do in this matter. Please suggest.
