Is Medication Required For Sinusitis Persisting Since 3 Days?
Hi, I’m a 31 old male with a sinus infection. I have the symptoms a headache or pressure in the eyes, nose, cheek area, or on one side of the head. So what I’m doing is sinus wash or rinse. It’s been going on for like three days now. Been feeling hot too. My question is should I start medication? Like E-MYCIN?

As an ENT specialist, I suspect unilateral pansinusitis. I would recommend you to visit your doctor and get examination and investigations like x-ray PNS and if needed CT scan PNS. Kindly do steam inhalation with hot water three times a day.
