Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Melacare is a steroid based cream containing Tretinoin, hydroquinone and mometasone furoate[steroid]..
Steroid based creams can initially give good results by depigmentation action but long term use can cause severe side effects like skin thinning, pimples, inflammation, increased hair growth on skin and dilated veins under skin..
I would suggest you not to use it for long..
You can always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can wash your face wit salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash as it helps in easy peeling of dead skin..
You can also apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Azelic acid containing creams and creams containing Vitamin E and C can help..
You can also take steam on face and neck or whole body and scrub with a towel gently to remove dead skin..
You can take Vitamin C supplemets..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion an chemical peeling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
