Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation leading to dark spots on face after popping pimples..
You can very well use Melacare that contains Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Mometasone Furoate as it is an effective depigmenting formulation but should use only for short term and under supervision of a Dermatologist due to side effects of the steroid [mometasone] present in the cream..
Other safer depigmenting formulations that you can use are kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams.
Apply Vitamin E oil at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week.
Limit sun exposure..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
You can also go for photofacial and microdermabrasion..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
