Doctor I read about Melas cream it is safe to use , as some of my friends told me that after application face go reddish tone but after few days if no cream application done face again darkens. I am totally confused as I had started using right now as it seems face is red like as some sort of drug reaction instead its a Ayurvedic medicine . Is it possible done some sort of adultration in oint.
