Is Membrane Sweep Causing Labour Like Contractions?
i had a membrane sweep yesterday and i was contracting yesterday but it came back today and there not regular but i have lots of pressure and i feel really nauseous and i have really bad runs i was just wondering if im in labour and how long could it take before i meet my baby......
Yes. The membranes are swept to induce labour. Probably your baby has matured enough and/or now its existence outside the uterus is safer than inside the uterus; that is why your membranes are swept to induce the labour. If you are getting strong pains, it is a good sign. Please rush to the maternity home for safe delivery. Strong pains may cause nauseating feeling. Think of your coming baby and you will be happy and symptomless.
