Is Menthol Cigarette Safe During Pregnancy?

Hello I'm sorry , I know all cigarettes are bad for my unborn child and trust me I am trying to quit and I will but I am almost 12 weeks and I'm asking if Menthol is worse then newports ? Or can it kill my baby if I smoked a menthol ? I'm quitting just needed help

They are both so bad it is very hard to say. There is constriction of blood from the cigarettes and that is present in both. This is associated with lower birth rate and higher risk of complications.
