Injection methylcobalmin contains only Vitamin-B!2. Vitneurin Injection contains a combination of vitamins thiamine (Vitamin-B1), pyridoxine (Vitamin-B6) and methylcobalamin (Vitamin-B12) ) commonly prescribed to treat their deficiencies. Where as methylcobalamin contains only Vitamin-B12 and is commonly prescribed as a supplement in patients with vitamin B12 deficiency and in those with diabetes and other painful neuropathies. It may be taken if you have symptoms suggestive of only Vitamin-B12 deficiency.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
