Is Mild Fluid In POD Shown On Ultrasound Related To Having Morning Sickness, Nausea, Headaches And Constipation?

M 26yrs old;I ve had my periods on 14dec2013;after a week I had started to feel a morning sickness nausea headache even constipation bodyache .I visited d doc n she preferred me for an ultrasound and lft.ultrasound rep is normal but it shows mild fluid in pod.now m vng PMS coz periods are expecting on 10jan 2014.n additional info is that v ve intercourse regular or couple of day after n m underweight my height is 5'6 n m 45 kg.
Plz let me know is it a big deal or I can expect pregnancy?
