Is Milk With Turmeric Powder Effective For Sinus Infections?
Hi I am suffering from some pain in ear and also from mild mucus and stuffy nose. Should I take milk, if not can I take it with turmeric powder? Secondly I used to take triphaha charna every date is it save to take in c ought and mucus conditions.

Dear if you take turmeric in any form with milk or with water or with honey it will act as anti inflammatory and anti allergic which will reduce the inflammation and lead to relief...so due to this effects it will reduce sinus congestion and give relief.
