Is Minor Head Injury A Matter Of Concern?

my 14 month old daughter fell & hit her head on the corner of a wooden shelf, she had a big bump & some bruising starting to appear. it's about an hour later & the bump seems to have diminished, but she seems to be excessively hyperactive, is this anything to be worried about?

The baby looks absolutely fine and there is no cause for concern.
If you notice any of the signs , consult Pediatrician/Pediatric Surgeon at earliest

1. Excessive crying or excessive sleeping
2. Abnormal movements of the body which could be convulsion
3. Persistent Vomiting: 1 or 2 episode of vomiting is quite common in Pediatric Head injury and is not cause for concern.
4. Loss of consciousness
