Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Fetal heart beat is visualized in transabdominal ultrasound by 6 weeks of pregnancy.
Miprogen is progesterone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus. It has no known harmful effect on the foetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
