hi I am 28 years old I am trying for pregnancy for last one year last month doctor prescribed to take xenosoul and ovaflo tablet.my last period may2.still my period is not come.I done home pregnancy test but its negative but I heard heart beat in mylower abdomen. I am so much worried what can I do next.

symptomps are non specific...
urine pregnancy test or sonogra[phy can confirm your diagnosis...

its not possible heard heart beat in early pregnancy...
