Is Missing Periods A Sure Sign Of Pregnancy?
I have missed my period for 2 months now. All my hpt's have come up negative, as well as a blood test. Over the last couple weeks I have had no appetite. I had an ultrasound last week and I am awaiting my results. Is it possible that I could be pregnant?

If pregnancy tests at home are negative for more and your blood Bhcg is negative,you have no chances to be pregnant.
