Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Morning sickness is not common in early pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting in late pregnancy can be due to viral infection, gastroenteritis, hepatitis. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
