Is My Bleeding Sufficient After Taking Abortion Pills?

Hi , I was 6 weeks pregnant , on Friday I had my first pill for medical abortion on Saturday before going to the clinic I started to bleed and i passed a blood clots in the toilet , still I went for my second set of pills after the second set of pills the pains just started with more intense . so all Saturday a bleed as well passing lots of blood clots but today wish is Sunday I am not bleeding as much as saturaday I bleeding very very less, so did the pregnancy ended already or not ? because I though I should carry on bleeding bit more than I am bleeding today ?nzi

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
1] First of it was a good thing that you completed the entire treatment course.I amsure you must have taken proper antibitics course,if not take Cap. DOXYCYCLINE 100 mg 2 times aday for 5 days.
2] The amount of bleeding that you are telling is enough for the period of 6 weeks pregnancy.
3] It is normal to pass clots at first and then amount of bleeding reduces.
4] Just keep a watch, that you do not restart bleeding heavily again, abdominal pain, fever.
5] I will suggest to repeat urine test after 21 days after taking 2nd dose of tablets.
