Hi,
Welcome to HCM
Yes a BP reading 130/114 mm of Hg. is high diastolic pressure but it is to be corelated clinically and to be rechecked,
You are in hospital that means admited for c diff? that means Clostridium difficile infection which causes Pseudomembranous Colitis is serious condition it must be treated with proper antibiotics,If you are in hospital they will take care of everything.
Usually this type of of infection is associated with use of Antibiotics.
Inflamation will subside your pain will also subside.
CT scan and Ultra sound is normal that is good.
In hospital many drugs may be given to relive your dis comfort, please have patince
You will improve soon
Good luck.
