Is My Extreme Thirst Related To My Headache?

The last couple of days I have felt extremely thirsty, I have tried to quench this thrist but nothing seems to quench it, I was feeling less thirsty today after drinking a couple of glasses of water and now have quite a bad headache. Are these two things related if so what does it mean??

Hello,

First of all, you should measure your blood pressure,if it were high you should receive a medical treatment and do the Kidney function tests.

If you are a woman and take oral contraceptive pills or hormonal replacement therapy, you should ask a gynecologist to adjust the dose of these drugs.

Fasting blood sugar can be helpful for you. The rapid change in the electrolytes in your body means either you have a systemic illness or you do not drink enough water every day. The human being needs 2-3 liters of water throughout the day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
