Hi
You should not get worried about this succenturiate lobe. Usually the placenta develops in one piece. Sometimes it develops as two separate pieces, one large round piece and the second much smaller piece which is few inches away from the main piece. The smaller placenta is known as succenturiate lobe. Both pieces of placenta are connected by blood vessels.

It does not cause any harm to your baby. There is no need for you to take any special precaution during pregnancy because of succenturiate lobe.
At delivery usually the succenturiate lobe of placenta is delivered along with the main large piece.Sometimes it is not delivered along with the main large piece.

So it is important that once placenta is delivered it is examined to make sure that succenturiate lobe also is delivered. If it is not delivered then it has to be removed manually under anaesthesia. This is a minor procedure and you should not worry about it. If it is not removed it may cause bleeding and infection.
The baby's weight is normal for this age.

If you have any further concerns do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
