Is Nausea A Side Effect Of Taking Cartia?

I have been taking cartia 4 weeks and now am getting nausea after I take it. I am on this for chest pain and I am in the early stages of CHF. I also take BP meds. Would this just now show up this reaction? Or maybe it is something else like a stomach bug?
