Is Nebulization With Asthalin Safe At Regular Intervals?
Hello Dr. Is Nebulization with Asthalin safe at regular intervals. My Child is 4.4 yrs, he has a cold and finds difficulty in breathing, he is hardly gone thru this process twice, but once with Asthalin. One of my friend told me that her child s pediatric has recommended Nebulization with Asthalin, and her Dr. has told it is safe and better to give it at the initial stage. Pl do advise.

Nebulization with Asthalin is quite safe, provided it is advised by your pediatrician after examination of your child.
Asthalin nebulization helps in the bronchodilation only. this is not the definitive treatment for allergic or asthmatic treatment. It is an adjuvant treatment for such problem along with other required medicines.
Self medication of any drug in any form is not advisable and should be avoided.
