These seems to be new symptoms developing after your operation, so I suggest you to discus with your local Doctor the possibility to have a imaging study of the brain (CT scan). These symptoms may develop after recurrence of subdural hematoma, ( weakness of limbs contra lateral to side of hematoma, seizure, sleepiness etc). The treatment depends on CT scan results ( surgery or medical treatment ).Hope this answers your question.
