1.Yes you need to see your ons-gyne doctor.
2.Your symptoms doesn't fit to cancer, it looks more toward inflammation / infection. (
Hormonal and antibiotic therapy will help)
3.Any how see your doctor and get an
ultrasound breast done, which will rule out presence and absence of lump.
4.If symptoms persists after treatment for inflammation / infection. An
mammogram needs to be done, as some times there lump less lesions with tiny calcifications - which can be picked by the mammogram.
5.Take an appointment and see your doctor and do needful.
