Is No Fetal Heart Beat A Sign Of Miscarriage?
Hello my LMP was 7/30 ending 8/3 I went to the dr on 10/9 and they told me I more than likely miscarried??? I had a fetal pole measuring 6wks 3days and no fetal heart tones or visibility were noted. I have not had any cramping or bleeding and I really believed I conceived mid to latter August??? Is this concurrent with a miscarriage or what are your thoughts. I have never had hcg levels drawn yet?

A fetal heart may not be detected in early scans and it does not indicate a miscarriage. You can go for a follow-up scan after two weeks and reassess. As of now, take adequate rest and drink plenty of water.
